I bought, its good.
I rooted it to make it faster and made 650MB ram free ,
now it takes only 1.5% battery fall in 12hrs.
Rooted using moto chopper.
Call recording works with autocall recorder
(even without rooting)
Its better than micromax A120 (8800Rs) because its HSUPA is 11mps than 5mbps

3000mah Micromax battery comes in different variants 365 to899 but 699plus shipping is that whoes temperature never goes beond 25degrees thus I think this is the best one for canvas HD.

anybody experienced system freezing while adding lockscreen theme ..?
I installed some lockscreens ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lockscreen.optimus ) and it will work for 3-4 times, then after when i click the lock button to wake up the phone it will show only a blank screen, then i have to restart it.

Excellent choice using last one year battery changes from Shopclues Online 3000 Mah battery RS 699plus shipping cost now phone working butter smoothie as no heating problems... Thanks to Micromax to made a wonderful smartphone for such a low price don't argue India China no issues go confidently and I assure you that you're not the kisser use with 16gb as card not more than this with good apps in google Store.. Canvas hd is gud smartphone bt batrry is mejor problem after sometime i purchased 3000mah battry 1 week ago and stil working superb bacup is very gud i will sugest u go for 3000 mah batrry and charge your batry 1 time in a day for long batry and unpulg when u charge done 95-99 %

Well I got Micromax A116 phone last year in mid June and its not even been 1 year that my battery was acting up..I could not use my phone without charging neither carry it anywhere,eventually it died and the battery looked xtremely bad and fat..My charger was also replaced ...now I am without fone and battery and original charger..can anybody suggest me where can I get the battery from my battery was of 2000 MAH,,i urgently need it,,dont wanna buy new phone atm..please I request any body who can give me the best suggestions..

my phone is not working as modem it is showing code 10 error & in my menu there is not coming messages icon so I can't see my SMS.....???
