I Had Plan to Buy tis mo... moreYes u can buy this phone, even i had the same confusion as u had but i decided to buy since the resolution is good (HD) 720 x 1280 pixels, fast 1.2ghz quad core processor, navigation is fast, camera is not excellent for its 8mp but its really good under sunlight so u can always use the mobile camera if ur going out with ur family. Speakers is average, with headset its sounds really good. If the mobile works fine for say 2.5 yrs then its absolutely worth the money we put (14,500)..make sure u weekly /daily switch off ur phone for 2-3 hrs(mostly during night - mobile has scheduled on/off functionality) for better durability.

sound quality spk............bad

video recording ...........average
touch screen.........average
voice quality over call......excellent
other apps, hookup etc ...........excellent
over all friends this phone is nice pocket friendly
average phone use nicely to run longer

i bought this phone 2 days ago......
its really really awesome..
smooth interface and its rocking....
only problem is the camera and sound quality....
but its not bad......
