I bought my phone the day it was released, ive used it very heavily every single day, and I have no such issues, everything is still very fast. If i had a complain, it would be that the internat 4GB memory is kinda less, but if you root your phone, and get an SD card, you will be able to increase your internal memory, which is what i have done

Hi guy
To b frank dis phone is rocking , ihv no issues using multimedia ,internet, games every thing is OK , every android phone drains its battery according to usage .no issues on battery backup comes whole day .worth worth buying wen u get in affordable price. I think above comments are from anti micramax fellow, appreciate Indian brand . Happy to c good rating and performance of Micromax 116 on international standard.

Very poor battery backup
If u run multimedia the set gets very warm, happens even during voice calls more than 10 mins.
Getting slower and slower. Internet videos don't run as fast as b4. Yes all other variables remained same. I tried to run some videos from the memory card captured using the camera , it confirmed slowness the video didn't run frame by frame lot of pixel display, like the display turning cranky when a scratched CD is being played.
No commentable cust
omer support.
Yes its like a imported quality compromised gadget, Micromax has done zero innovation, so we can't support the argument of supporting Indian company.

I accidently broke my Canvas HD screen.
The problem is my display is working and only touchpad is broken. I tried to find it in market in Mumbai but every repairing shopkeeper said that touchpad is not avail in market n they don't know when touchpad vl come in market.
I also went to micromax authorized center but that guy said they canvas hd comes with touchpad attached with display.
The worst thing he said is repairing disply will cost Rs 6500/- :O.
Help Needed.
