AbhayJ, Mmx A116 is far far better mobile in the mobiles you u have mentioned. In this price range this is the best mobile you may ever get. People who say micromax a China company, I don't know where they got this info, but for all of them I want to ask "Do you know samsung, Apple etc. which you consider as best, are also made in China?" Many people don't know this. Samsung, apple even micromax take any local mobile manufacturer in China and give the details and they make the mobiles and other gadgets for them, they prefer China coz it's cheap to make mobile in China.But people thing most the price better the device.

on the very first day of purchase the mob.developed some defect'when i make a call from my canvas hd the person on other side doesnt hear me.

When is the firmware update supposed to be released as the current firmware doesnt allow high memory games to be installed on the sd card without rooting the phone.
Also are there any in ear earphones compatible with this phone ?
I tried samsung but they just dont work fine.
