i am using my a116 from 1 month i faced one problem that while u r on call and if u go in contact menu the front person can not hear your voice i think it is the manufacturing defect of the mobile any one faced this problem and any solution for this pls. reply.

saru, 22 Apr 2013Use specific charger supplied from mmx, I dont know if there is any connection but when there is a working micromax charger nearby,the touchpad of my laptop stops working or the pointer moves automatically....I think the charges emits some sort of waves or something!!!!!

Hi, I am just using this beautiful Canvas HD from the past one week and the only problem that i have faced so far is the screen goes haywire while charging regardless if it is a wall charger or a USB from a laptop or PC. I try to long hold and move an app but the app gets opened (as if i clicked it). The screen swap becomes hard and I have to give a two or three tries to swap to next screen on the homescreen. This doesn't allow me to longtouch the homescreen so that I can change the wallpaper. My cousin has a Canvas 2 and he is also facing the same problem with certain MMX chargers that we have. I tried charging the Canvas HD with a Sony charger and it worked fine. I think there is some problem with the MMX adapters and USB cables (I also tried a MMX adapter with a Nokia N8 USB cable and faced same problem but worked fine with SONY's USB cable) It would be nice if MMX fixes this issue to have more smiles from its consumers.

I purchased MM Canvas HD through Snapdeal but the problem is, soon I press unlock key screen starts flickering for 5 to 10 secs, is it something problem with phone settings or problem with hardware, can anyone please let me know? Thanks.

dudes i am using this phone from last 15 days and it is just a fantastic masterpiece found no defect till now except the camera performance in low light is like a shit....otherwise battery like is awesome and almost all the apps are usable on this fon.....u can buy it by keeping your eyes closed

my canvas hd lcd screen hs a spot internally...which looks white in black backgrnd nd looks black in white bckgrnd..the spot is so small that bearly nyone cn notice it...bt as it is nw phn it's kind of annyng 2 me..shll i go 2 mmx srvce cntr nd chang the lcd..or let it be as it is..plz hlp???
