I switch off the handset only when I want to flash the new rom. If you switched of the handset and unable to switch on using the power button, you can set alarm and there is an option to switch on the handset (without touching the power button) when alarm rings. Other option is get it repaired from other sources not at service centre.

You can use this application and reduce the use of Power switch. After installing this apps you need to use Power switch only for switch off/shut down the handset.

Help plz....
M using this fone since March 2013 and the xperience has been awsum till last one week. My power button/ sleep on-off has become less reponsive and the problem is aggravating day by day. All attempts at rebooting/ hard reset has proved futile. Sometimes its so frustrating when the fails to come out of sleep mode so that I can use it when needed. Don't want to go to service centre which is always a nightmare.
Plz help if u ppl have any idea.Thanx in advance.

AnonD-247875, 20 Apr 2014No it isn't. No other battery is compatible with this device.Hey guys, its a great news for all, who faces battery issues or have to change battery. I brougt a canvas4 a210 battery and it gives a good standby time, and i use 4-5 continue in 2G net. So if you want to buy a good battery for hd or you don't wanna buy canvas hd's battery you can go for it. Or try to buy from ebay.in or rediff.com they also provide a good type of batteries.

Hi
I am using this mobile for last 6 months,no problem untill when I move to new location to roaming area.When I tried to call it shows "no network coverage" but when I go to airplane mode and come to normal mode it works fine,But this become regular process I have to switch manually. Any help

Me too facing same problem when my battery is at 88% I open my camer Mobile get switch off.Solution for this problem is to sale a moble & buy grand 2 Or to buy new battery original only available on rediff website for around Rs:850 (Plz only buy original only) or from micromax service center don't go for third party battery they are bad compare to original.
