This phone is two disadvantages in this price.
1) Does not have gyroscope sensor.
2) Does not have compass.
Karbonn retina is have the features.

Vaibhav, 11 Apr 2013hey....i m making my mind 2 get this phone but earlier ther... moreYes Vaibhav, this is something which I first noticed in my canvas 2 that other brand headphones and earphones does not work. Then, I've recently bought canvas HD but even this phone has the same problem. I also want to know that despite of the fact that it has got an universally approved 3.5 inches headjack then why is that micromax's top two devices ie; canvas 2 and canvas HD, are not compatible with the earphones and headphones of other brand. Those who have got either of the two phones should check and let us know if they are facing the same problem or not. The stock earphones which we get with these phones are not good.

I won it today @14.5k..very smooth to handle. Games are playing without any leg...overall experience is good.

This isn't a fault but the phone forgets to recognise it . But it doesnt happen in samsung because it saves the file again in phone memory so .

Hey guy's i purchase this mobile on 29th of april from univercell online through credit card and still waiting for my set, not even cust care line connect nor they do reply through mail.I m worried about my hard money plz advice me any body who purchase the mobile from univercell online. 11 days passed still waiting do i get my set or not?

It is a very good handset in the range... Battery back up is nice.. Screen clarity is better than samsung ace series. N i wil recommand this phn for everybody. N another thing mmx is not china made. Its a indian company working since 1993... A company you can really trust upon.

Hey, I'm wanted to first tell some of you that please don 't write fool and not real comments about any phones. I f you don 't like the phone please don't tell that it is not good or it is a chinese phone. none of us have sseen that where the phones assembled or produce. and I have hear that multinational brands like nokia,samsung,apple also assemble or produce their phone parts in china.
And if you get any problems with canvas hd u can go to the service center and repair your device. I. am also using this phone from a month now and I 'm not facing any problems which many foolish uaers write without use this superb phone.
please wrute your openion after using this phone.

[deleted post]Who told you this that the one and only, the almighty mmx uses chinese parts. The whole phone is made in china and to make you clear chinese products are not cheap, since you are enjoying it. Do a google search about qmobile a16 and check what you get.

these r d CONS tat i gath... morei been using this phone for a month now.it restarted automatically about 10 times in this one month.battery is terrible.i think may be due to the hd 5 inch screen.phone camera is not veru good.
besides that the phone is really good and handles high graphics games very smooth.videos are so good.i never experienced any cal or gps issues.i will surely recommend one to buy this mobile.
i just said you about the drawbacks
