Both are made in China (So don't expect any major difference in build quality as both company are trying to capture price conscious market)

Gorilla glass protection (not at all in A116), 2 gb ram(1gb), 2500 mAH Battery(2000mAH), 32 gb rom{~26 gb user available} (~1.8gb in A116), 13mp camera (8mp), 1920x1080-441ppi(1280X720, 294ppi), digital compass (no available in A116)
If karbonn is selling same device @ 12000INR then who is married to MMX to buy @ 14000(+2 month delay or may be endless wait).
I am not going to give 14000/- to anyone without interest for 2 months. Could you ?? After all its my hard earned money.

Beacause windows has a very big issue with third party application maker....for example :- android got 6,00,000 free and nice apps including games. but windows facing customers with only about 1,00,000. very large difference.....so i highly suggest android.

I feel right now there is no product that can match Canvas HD. The reason they gave for delay is kind of funny. The budget is presented in Feb 28th, but it is effective from April 1st, how it is impacting March deliveries?
1.Samsung Galaxy Grand ...but nearly 8k extra.
2.UMI X2, but did they notice the 3G works on CDMA and only 2G on GSM and the delivery date is not clearly mentioned.
3. XOLO 800 , horrible design ( personal opinion)
But surely I am NEVER going to buy from Micromax and Snapdeal.

i ordered feb 15th 7pm still no delivery my dispatch date 15th march its also move very worst service...i make dislike snapdeal service there is no gud responsible customercare service its not gud they dnt told xact date they speaking like so confusing and tackle....if any one received the mob bookng dated on feb 15th pls reply mi

I purchased Samsung Galaxy grand duos and cancelled MMX A116 online order.Very much because i was frustrated due to delay. I am enjoying grand a lot.besides average battery n display it's a nice phone.

SHIPPING DELAYED BY 10 MORE DAYS...
As expected micromax send me the mail of 10 days extension in the shipping of a116. Now this is really so frustrating...
Now its very clear...We indian want to see MMX on top n competing with HTc, Samsung, LG but reality is MMX itself dont wana put themselves in top brand league, they can even think of it they way its going.
The only reason Samsung & HTC are ruling the market not coz of their high price but by their super quality customer management.
How could now some1 expect for a company like MMX to reach the Top when they cant even deliver few thousands of phones in 1 month time...where samsung sold 20 millions s3 sets in 1 month all over the world and shipped in max 4-5 days.
FOR THE first tiome i trusted an indian brand, thought why not to buy indian product instead of Korean samsung but my decision was wrong..
Its once n all proved that MMX can never ever provide superior customer management & time management to their customers.
HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING RYT NOW.. :( :( :(
