Anonymous, 01 Mar 2013Go for umi x2 because it gives you better specs then Canvas... moreumi x2 is great but 1080p is overkill for the processor. a116 and umi x2 has same processor and GPU.
even for 720p display it scored only 40fps on nenemark.
Here on 1080p display(which has 2.3 times more pixel count than 720p) it will score only abt 17-18fps
which makes the game unplayable
and you can't find any difference in display between the two phone as 300ppi is maximum our eye can see.
And I think you don't know much about micromax. Micromax is not like Umi. Its a branded company. My dad used a micromax mobile 6 years before.

i WANTED TO BUY A116 but due to not avilable in store bought samsung grand duos.But now i feel good dicision.reason--micromax second sim is not active but in grand both we can use sametime iam using one for net and other for calling. second everyone said its display is not good but grand is not bad atall verygood display and function also nice.No hanging playing game also nice.could not find any fault so grand is good i dont know about micromax , anyway unknown device so grand is better than A116 i feel

I have been using canvas a110 and I found it to be one of the best phone that I could. I have downloaded nearly 80 apps from the Google play store and each and every app worked fine..Really surprised by the quality of this product from micromax..Micromax is doing to Samsung what it did to iPhone..
With the coming of HD I m now tempted towards buying that too..
Awesome phone without even a single add 9000 handset sold on day 1..
Ho!pe mmx will bring canvas 3 with higher specification like the 5.3"super amoled screen keeping phone dimension same as that of a110 ,with gorilla glass protection,720 p HD resolution 2 gb ram ,13 Mega pix camera,2550 math battery,a quad core processor .With such feature and good quality they could rule the market even if they price it around 18k..go mmx go..
