Within 24 yrs the phone got hanged software problem with message" unfortunately launcher has stopped". I am unable to do anything with the phone inspite of rebooting. Even the service centre people are not able to reset the phone and i have told to wait for a day . Got the phone on 16th evening and the phone is not working on 17th evening. I was downloaded apps from Google store and this problem happens. So do not buy as micromax compliant phone no is also engaged since morning and i am unable to get in touch with them with regards to the status of my complaint. I have paid the full money now and do not know what to do.

Good phablet at affordable price.
mmx a116 processor (fabricated 28 nm Media Tek..... Chip) is more powerful than Galaxy grand Braodcom.... chipset.
though 2G & 3G band coveraged are limited to dual and mono band respectively only, yet GPU are more efficient in handling HD games/Videos and power.
but some hardware designed & UI is putting far behind Galaxy grand (which is a renowned international quality branded gadget).

Do not buy this phone i bought this 2 days before and it got hanged. Not even the service centre could resolve and i have been asked to wait till further notice from them. The company website phone no always busy and could not get in touch with them since morning. Do NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT as even snapdeal dont have an answer for this.

Can any body comment on the battery life as I heard it's not at par as compared to the well known brands. Please tell me the overall experience with the phone and the flaws. All users please advise, it's worthy to spend that amount on this device.

Why are people complaining Mixcromax mobiles as "Chinese"?? it may not be a huge company as Samsung/ Apple which makes their own hardware but atleast its giving mobiles at 1/3 of others price... for a common man who cannot afford a phone above 8-10k he gets a good value phone.. I agree in may be 1 year there will be mobiles companies selling phones with these specs at less rate (happens every year) ..so keep waiting for more years hoping to get cheaper phones then..

Everything is fine, but when I hold this in my hand I felt its not meant for me. I used it for some 30 mints and its really fast compare to my iphone and nokia. Download, browser, google play etc. Everything works very smooth.
So I am planning to sell

got 2 pcs today for my cousins from snapdeal
in the box battery , handset , charger (usb detachable cable ), handsfree (waste) get a new one .
okay now about the phone colour black and white , a co installed screenguard (low quality ) .
the phone booted in about 20 sec which is good , setup took another 5 min's which again was fast .
very few app's installed 2-3 try and buy games
drop down notification is very bad IE UI is not good it is very plain , will have to install go launcher etc ,
camera is pretty fast the photos are also taken in an instant but the photos are washed and the contrast is not upot the mark , maybe there are some settings which i have not seen yet
but that's it will post more later

n iphone parts r only made in california,
micromax parts r made in china n assembled in india thats major diff that lets mm down,its pure chinese.

[deleted post]I am not a MMx user or Samsung user. but this is a great offering from MMX. And with the high prices of the Samsung and other likes, u are just funding their adv campaign worldwide.. nothing else, product quality is no much diff..:)
