I don't know about Karbonn but micromax takes care of its customers and they replace your phone with a brand new one if anything happens within a week from the purchase date.
So,by this statement you can evaluate the customer service of micromax

I think so it is the most best mobile or phablet. it has all the features tht Samsung like mobiles have nd tht also in cheap price really affordable its big screen attracted me more. Very good micromax

Dear all,
Can any one let me know which is the better processer compare to Micromax A110 vs Micromax 116.
Also some people say reviews are not so great on Micromax A110 and few drawback's....
My question is just because should I need to buy Micromax 116 or not. please advise!

Need to see, micromax keeps the industry standards. As the major draw back, the sound which you hear when the call comes..is really poor and not a sweet sound..which you hear..and also the external sounds..paying 15k is a concern to micromax...if they maintain all good..then 15k is quite cheap for this mobile

As per me, all Karbonn and Micromax mobiles are
"USE & THROW MOBILES"! Anybody tried to
book S1 Titanium on their website. I tried, not
once but twice what I in reply, read below:

www.karbonnmobiles.com." ] --------- I am surprised
after reading Karbonn reply. On one hand hand,
they providing link to pre-book the mobile on their
website and on another hand, if your book, they
reply and suggest us to buy from retail shop or
from online shop where it is still in pre-booking
stage, how come the karbonn staffs are so
ignorant, god knows. For me it seems it to be
fake company to me and they might just re-
branding Chinese mobiles. One thing is sure, once
u buy these companies mobile, and if anything
goes wrong with the mobile device afterwards,
these company will not support, u just have to
throw these mobiles. They never reply ur queries
properly. So these are USE & THROW mobiles.
