Download ES File Explorer from Google Play and backup your applications using it. To backup your contacts, simply move all the contacts to phone memory and then select import/export option and select External SD card.

Use your phone until the battery goes down to 0%, then put it for charge switched off for 3 hours maximum and then see, if it works or not. If it will not work then you need to change your battery as your charger is working fine.

sekhumrs, 30 Dec 2013Some of u friends r added in dis dat 4.4 kitkat upgrade was... moreYou can directly update to andorid 4.4 KitKat update but in in Android 4.2.1 update, all problems solved. So, you should update to Android 4.2.1 and enjoy it till Android 4.4 KitKat update will be made available.

Please help me out my canvas hd is not taking charge anymore....when I connect the port the symbol shows its charging..but the percent of battery charge just goes on decreasing....if someone knows how can I fix it or if I need to change the battery or charger please help......and happy new year to all...
