herry, 23 Dec 2013should i buy canvas hd or samsung galaxy s duos 2?
samsung duos is not good for playing games, it hangs up as read in responses.
not sure about canvas hd

drop from my hands.....i thought display will be gone or some problem will arise bcoz of poor build quality but it working properly...

I also updated my HD 116 to 4.2, believe me I wasmaking my mood to sell this phone after 9 months usage. Now I changed my mood and I think I shall continue it for further one year. Every bug has been fixed. Hope and wait when my phone will be updated further

well its an Amazing phone at this price..I am using it from the past 4 month and working amazingly well with the complete 1 days battery....camera is not that great but apart from this everything is fine and no lagging or hanging even after playing High end games with multi application open....loving it...go for it....

A116 is a worest phone i have ever seen.just after 10 days i took it to service centre because it got automatically off and even after 2 months phone is still there with out any replacement or repairment.

Picture quality after the update is awesome, dude. Earlier, in Android 4.1.2, when selecting 800 ISO or 1600 ISO, camera was taking 1.3 MP resolution pictures but now, the resolution remains same at any ISO level which is really good, and pictures at 8 MP resolution are always higher than 1mb now. The camera captures more details after the update. First, I had some problems after the update like the phone saying application can't run due to low memory, video color changing automatically, phone taking some time to unlock, phone saying memory full even though there's enough memory but after a day, those problems are gone. Now, there are only two problems like battery dropping and phone saying external USB Storage removed after switching the phone on. The update is really worth as it has a lot of bug fixes and boost in performance. You should definitely update it.

Charge your handset upto 84% only and you can use this mobile 3 or 4 days with moderate/average use. This is one of the best mobile with less price compared to branded ones. Am using this handset since last 7 months and have not faced any problem. Flashed firmware of MMX Canvas Turbo A240 and its working smoothly.

Hi all this phone lacks in internal memory and huge draw back is the battery back up..... It goes down completely after usage of 50 percent.... Suggest for a different phone

1. Everytime I switch on the phone, It says "External USB Storage removed."
2. Sometimes, it says "no more memory available for the application to run" even though there's enough available RAM.
3. Sometimes, it says "memory full" after installing an app even though there's enough memory.
4. I charged the phone full and after I switched the phone on, battery was 93%, so 7% batter drop after switching the phone on.
5. Whenever the battery is 30%, it drops to 15% quickly.
6. When browsing, playing a game or an app, it takes 5-6 seconds for the phone to unlock after pressing the unlock key.
7. There's some strange issue I saw, when playing a video, the video changes color to slight red and becomes normal, this happens every time you play a video. I hope there's a software update on its way to fix all these issues.
