Varun, 23 Nov 2013Brand is brand(Nokia,Sony )....Chinese cheap items are real... moreI don't fully agree with u. I have used branded mobiles like Nokia, samsung & Sony. Even the same model performs differently. my Sony xperia gave me lots of headaches. I had to replace the board thrice within 6 months of purchase. I m using MMX canvas hd for the last 8 months, no issues yet. i m happy with its performance. My friend is totally disappointed with his HTC one, he is now a regular visitor of the service centre. all I want to say is that lucky one gets the best machine whether its branded or not.

You just need to have some balance on your SIM card not more than ₹3 and an active Internet plan because when registering, Whatsapp needs an active Internet connection and a message is sent by your SIM and it costs. Try registering again. Follow all the steps properly.

Nickless, 26 Nov 2013Ive this phone 5 months ago & i like it. 3 days ago it... moreWhen you connect this phone to PC and select USB storage mode, there will be three disks drives which will show as removable media. The 1st disk is only 9 MB and it's full of Micromax A116 drivers for Windows OS, just install the driver on your PC. The 1st disk is of no use, but very important. Don't format it. Let it stay. The 2nd disk which is of 1.77 GB is the internal memory and the 3rd disk is your external memory card. You've Android 4.2.1 version on your Canvas HD and it's almost up to date. Micromax haven't released Android 4.3 update for Canvas HD yet. You see an update is available for your phone and you download it but it won't install, mostly because it's not a real update. This happens in some of Nokia phones as well. So, just ignore updating your phone as of now because it's not a real update. Update it once Micromax confirms Android 4.3 update for Canvas HD.

priyanka, 26 Nov 2013heloo frndzz can any one tel me how to update phone...i dnt... moreIf you are on Android 4.1.2 version on your Canvas HD, you can update it to Android 4.2.1 version by going to the nearest Micromax service center or alternatively you can do it yourself at home. Search how to update Canvas HD to Android 4.2.1 on Google. There are lots of "how to" guides available.

Ive this phone 5 months ago & i like it.
3 days ago it refuses any updates saying no space available, it downloads the update but once it starts installation it says ((No space available)) !!.
When i connect my phone to PC it shows 3 hard discs, 1) external memory with 13 GB free 2) internal memory with 90 MB free & 3) Disc drive taking the shape of green android man & its only 9 MB and its full !!!
My android version 4.2.
Ive no service center in my country.
Hope you can help.

Excellent no lags, no hangs just awesome phone. using since 2 months. very good phone. Only lacks in camera and battery backup. overall superb
