root ur phone , install lucky patcher , move all apps to SD card. you will get space for new apps (app install storage for this phone is tooo low). Videos and mp3 will be directly saved to sd card so no issues

I can't update my apps through google play store on my micromax A 116 canvas hd. It shows there is insufficient space on the device while downloading. But when i download any song or video then it does nt show any error. Please help me anyone to get recover frm dis problem at my email id sahasaurav90@gmail.com. thank u

If your phone got freeze /hang somewhere don't remove it's battery. Just press power button + volume up button together for 8 sec. Then release them together and press power button for 1-2 seconds for a restart.

I have faced the same problem within 10 days as soon as i bought the mobile.
This MIcromax servicce center is damn stupid place they dont respond at all..
As soon as you drop you mobile at care centre take that service number and lodge a complaint on micromax site stating the service number and the day when u dropped ur mobile.
if you dont do this they will not return the mobile it might take 3-4 months time which i have noticed.
I acted smart on this i hv complained to the micromax via mail and also had a call with cusotmer reprensetative recorded the voice and i have shared a mail..
within in a week i have received my mobile.

my hd a 116 is not response only show logo of canvas...it to be change PCB as per advice by service centre and it is not possible...pls any one guide me what I can do to start my mb...pls reply on patilswapnil711@gmail.com
