If you want to root or unroot your device than download framaroot.apk from google, after installed open it and choose super user than you see bormer option downside click on it and then your device is successfully rooted than reboot your device for proper root

If update is not available in your area than you login to micromax site then search for superphone service center in your state or other state.than call them for help to send update in city service center
