Very very worst service i have experienced....... dosent give the response nicely....takes too much of time for the service.....if we call attends it and keep it a side and never speaks...which make more frustrating.....i m so worried y i have buyed micromax......my humble request.....features and price may attract peoples but service really lose such customers.....no seriousness while the enquiring and reply to the customer at the center....same problem mentioned below home key not working

Please think before going ahead with micromax, as I am already suffering from purchasing this phone.. its been 2 months of purchase and more than 1 month it is with micromax service center. I have given twice for service center as the home key touch buttons problem still unresolved. And micromax is not giving me refund or replacement for this even after asking many times. I bought Canvas Juice A177 about 2 months back.Few days back the battery was low n my phone died. I charged it for a really long time but my phone is still not getting on??
Could it b charger problem?

worrestphone after week only i got problem screen touch is not working and even it will switchoff immediately after taking the snap with flash. really it is waste phone and customercare also will atleast 20days for repair

it is good quality phone.front & rear camera ultimate.
Display also good.
I am happy customer.
it is better option than high priced Samsung phone.

After using magnus for nearly 3 months....excellent ph ...camera is excellent ...for problem many people facing is image become white...for them pls check if u fail to remove plastic coating over camera lens u will not get good image in day light...i also face same problem but after removing plastic coating i amaze to see excellent fotos in day light..jst give a try.....heating issue is there due to aluminium back....heavy games run smoothly....overall good product at 12.7 k
