While doing either viber call or skype call my speakr automatically getting switched on and speakr button disable . pls help me out hw to get out from spkr. I think my settng hve changed. Pls pls pls.

This is the very good phone for the price and one of the master piece from micromax. It will be fulfilled with kitkat update. I want to clarify few things which people here complains.
1. Heating issue.
There is no heating issue. Device tends release the heat generated when cpu usage is high while playing games for example. This is the law all devices do the same the only different is we have the alluminium which makes you feel more of heat. In reality this is very good for a mobile phone to release the heat easily. This is not a problem with the handset.
2. Camera is bad ?
No not at all, in fact it is much better than what you think. open your camera and select the sharpness to low then you take the picture and see the difference. I have taken pictures even while travelling in car and believe me it is very clear as if the picture was taken by me stand still.
3. Battery is low ?
This is absolutely based on the individual users or at least you should be know how android works. People tends to keep the apps open and they never close it. This phone easily handles multitasking so if you dont close any app by exiting it properly then it is going to suck your battery. I have seen people keeping games in background. use greenify and see the magic. for me it last around 24 hrs with medium to heavy usage.
Final verdict in one word - AWESOME PHONE for those who know how to use the Android OS.

I purchased Canvas Magnus A117 in February 2014. Nice HD screen, good processor, but headphones got spoiled suddenly within one month of purchase.After showing the spoiled headphones of canvas magnus to the micromax service centre i had had to wait 10 days to get them replaced under warrenty, those replaced headphones also got spoiled within another one month. So iam unhappy with the product accessories. A phone worth 13.5k giving problems within one month was a big letdown.

I've bought this mobile 4months ago. Nothing wrong at all. And am not disappointed with my decision. This is the best at it's range. The processor is extraordinary and performance vise... This gains a 9 out of 10. It's worth for what u pay.

I had a lot of problems with this phone initially. Network issues, hanging, call getting cut. Then i went in search of a service centre, but could not find one. So i judt reset the phone(12 days old), ever since i ve not had any issues. The bottom end of tge phone was squeaky, but i ve put a silicon cover n left it unattended. While buying, please look into the phone , its finish n stuff n buy. I did read that we are getting a kitkat update soon, so awaiting that
