I am using this Micromax Nitro A311 from last 1 year and I don't see any Major issues other than heating problem.

worst android phone
producing too much heat, its battery drains very fast, configuration wise also it is worst, friends dont ever think to buy this phone.

I'm using Micromax a310 mobile from past 2weeks.. For 3days it was OK in battery level.... But now if I use for more than 100th it's getting too much heat I need to know what s the problem behind that... What can I do for that

i also buy a micromax canvas nitro a311 but after 7 month it was created some probme & i was gone to the micromax care. then i have to go 5 times to the care for my mobile. then they gived me a mobile but that mobile is not my mobile phone. same mobile but that’s colour is blue but i had white and my mobile is jelibean android. but that mobile kitkat and mobile and some many problems.

I purchase this mobile A311 and some problem created in touch, I submitted to Microtech repair centre ( A dump service centre of micromax mobile) on 29.2.2016, like this contractor create bad impression of micromax still no feedback. I think they don't have capable engineers for repairs this type of costly mobile. Please don't do this its create bad impression of companies brand and also bad picture in customers/public eyes.....

I use this mobile hardly 3 months, between in 3 months i was go to service center 19 times. It's always wast my time. And finally sale this after some time buyer also so sad.
so friend don't purchase this mobile and another micromax mobile because it's Indo-chinese Mobile

And btw am. using this phone for a year now.. and believe me i never faced anyproblem... the only problem was the OTA update that i wanted... so i Flashed Cynogen Mode 12.1 v2.2... it enhanced my battery performance.... camera quality.... sound quality... better phone performance also... but just to let u know... most custom ROM's have some bugs
...so u gotta deal with it.... i ll provide u patch if released... anyways i hv tired every existing ROM and this cynogen is Best customised and stable rom i hv seen

..first of all....
root ur phone... use kingroot to root ur nitro
then download mobile uncle tool app from playstore
now download philz recovery from xda. com for ur nitro
flash that recovery from mobile uncle tool app
now most important plz backup ur internal storage to ur pc or external media cz flashing is gonna wipe everything
when done all above... go to mobile uncle tool and from there boot into recovery mode
now recovery menu will appear... there will be an option "wipe to install a new rom* select it... it will clear ur memory, cache, dalvik cache.
now to to install zip
got to the directory where u copied ur ROM. zip... select it and then installation will begin.....
and voilà.... enjoy..
and yea... ROM. zip. should be placed in external sd card
and anything u wana ask.. i ll be here or u can google it ☺

lulu, 03 Mar 2016I am using micromax a310 mobile since last 1 and half year.... moreHi.....firstly remove memory card from itand then long press power key and then long press switch off option then click yes it will boot your phone in safe mode .......then try open settings and in security option check the box(unknown resources). Then switch off phone and switch on again. If it doesnt help go to customer care/service center.

I purchase Micromax A311.
Phone is good,
micromax service Centre / Technical centre is very very bad.
They don't know to repair the phone & also don't no to solve problem with micromax a311 phone.
I was facing some problem with touch, still after 25 days, they are not able to repair the phone.
They are using used & bad quality services., which will create very very bad impression on company brand.
