i m using nitro a 311 from last 1 year, and from last 2 3 months i see that automatically without any command MEMORY CARD GETS UNMOUNTED, and the major problem is of the network signal, whenever i switch on mobile data , after 5 min. the signal gets lost, and it comes after 1 or 2 hrs, in the mean time the sim goes to switch off mode,when the signal comes in the sim, the second sim looses its signal, AND THE SAME THING HAPPENS FOR 2 3 HRS.
very depressing problem. micromax has shown its character.

I am using micromax a310 mobile since last 1 and half year.Recently it became too slow to open contacts .So i decided to factory reset the phone and did the same by keeping backup my all files and applications in memory card.After factory reset I can't install any apps from my backup as well as from other friends after sharing via blue tooth.It is showing "Unfortunately setting has stopprd".Please help how to solve the problem.

Recently my Micromax Mobile A311 stop play... moreIi dont know the exact solution bt u can try this.....open video player in settings then app. And clear data of the app and reboot your phone. If the problem still there then hold on power button and then long press on switch off option ....after this it will ask you to reboot your phone in safe mode ..click yes....and then try to play video......after this again reboot your phone in normal mode by simply switch off and on

Recently my Micromax Mobile A311 stop playing videos in my phone. It shows error message "can't play video". Will anyone explain the reason and solution for the same? Thanks.

I have been using the canvas nitro a311 for past a year. According to me the phone is really good in its budget. I never encountered any problems that others mentioned. The only drawback is that Micromax is not providing updates for the handset. Its still running on KitKat while its specs deserve a lollipop update.....

Micromax nitro a311 is the WORST phone I've ever used.
It hangs frequently. Dialler does not open for many minutes. Whenever call comes it does not show its name althtogh name is already saved in the phone.In case of emergency you have to wait for many minutes to search the contact name as the contact list and dialer hang frequently. Shown to service centre, Every time they say, that the problem has been sorted out...But After 4-5 days..the same problem arises again...Dont buy this phone.
