I've been using a 311 for almost a year as far as i know i don't have any major problems with this handset....
the only 3 problems i encountered were
1.instead of 2500mah it should have been 3000 mah
2. leather back looks worse after frequent use
3.Micromax should really provide some updates for this handset

The main camera is the main drawback of this phone..it says 13 mp,but doesn't even match 5mp clarity. Second cam is just OK. But the brightness is very low. Overall performance is average. I would rate it as 6/10

he worst phone i have used in my entire lifetime, i have used many unsmart phones as well, but its like the dumbest and the most irritating phone ever......it hangs 3/4 times a day.....to load contacts i have to restart everytime.....when someone calls, 2 out of 3 times i cannot pick because phone is lagging so much....100% batter charge turns to 4% in 3 hrs time with moderate usage.....WORST WORST WORST written all over...WORST

i m using this phone for 12 month it run smoothly never lack awesome in but but plz improve back camera and provide updates .

Very incovinent phone....always hangs...specially in emergency.... very un satisfied with the specification & the result....price was also too high but very poor performance...

Worst phone no updates by micromax. Really pathetic for users. If you are expecting updates in future than this phone is not 4 u

Everything is fabolous with this device. I'm using it for a year now and wow it doesn't lag a bit. The RAM is really good 2GB.. Mine is A311 and there is only one problem with this phone.... The battery.. Micromax should have put at least a 3000 mAh for a 5inch HD screen phablet.. Over all it's really really good.. Love it... Only battery's the problem

It's been a year since I bought the phone and the problems I've been experiencing are:
Software problems : crashes frequently, reboots randomly which is very annoying, Chrome crashes after u update it, no updates since 8 months, junk softwares which can't be removed, and advertisements pop up every time u go online....
Hardware problems: most annoying one is that the speaker is placed backwards, so u can't hear us phone ringing unless u keep it screen down., overheats, video quality is 3gp not HD.
I request u not to buy it

I noticed a thing,those who are hating this phone have a great level in english..for those people, go learn some english words and how to use an android and then comment on the device.

MICROMAX CANVAS NITRO A311 is very a very worst phone. It is getting heated up unbearably. It automatically restarts. Its charging does completed in just one hour from 70% to 2%. Processor is very slow, hence cannot answer the calls. Service is also very bad.
