1. Purchased in August 2014 at Rs. 21,000/- (ONLY). Price Dropped to Rs. 14000/- Within 3 Months.
2. Good phone. Good Camera but average image size goes upto 7MB. No hanging problems. Good gaming experience. Battery backup very low (Need to charge twice a day).
3. But in 6 Months screen got burnt. Touch screen issues occured.
4. Submitted at service centre in February 2015. After communication of 2.5 months received brand new replaced handset (THANKU SO MUCH MICROMAX).
5. But (HAHAHAHAHA) same issues occurred with the new handset in 6 months. 1 year Warraty finished. So cant do anything. Using it with so much irritation. 21k handset not even worked for 1 year.
6. But my old Micromax A52 purchased in June 2012 at Rs. 6000/- still working in good condition.

Never purchase micromax phones because it is very cheap company because it has not more battery life and touch pad is also very bed there is lots of problem in this phone so i tel u never purchase any micromax phone.

pl dont buy this mobile it worked smoothly for 8 months with problem like heating and irritation. touch screen damaged but when went to service centre for replacement of screen is higher than cost of handset, further service centre is non customer friendly no co- operation to help customer. Their aim is to sell the handset and forget it. signal problem no solution all out side market support. please dont get carried away with brand name and cheap handset.

Guyz i had purchased my micromax A350 in Oct 2014 in one month inly my screen got a severe damage and also camera got damaged and then 6 months ago my phone fall from my pocket and a car(scorpio) went over it and screen got crashed still its working properly it has prob but its awsm

Its a very bad phone... Micromax should work on the operating functions. I purchased it in Oct'14. After six months the screen is not working properly. Sent it to the service center and till now its pending with them... Got only apologies from their side. Refunding only 50% money.... I had registered the complain in consumer forum.... I request you all to please log the complain against the company.

very bad phone .don,t buy this phone. Give irritation & not getting network signal.
& touch not work properly.Battery life is also not good.Charger is also bad & sound
is very slow when phone comes then its very difficult to hear sound

Very poor after sale service.Battery got damaged after only 8 months.Phone lying with service centre since last 1 month.Battery replaced & now screen touch not working.Micromax seems to be just pushing the sales through cheaper phones but cheap after sales service.

It's a good phone, tough enough for rough use, I'm using it since when it's launched, micromax needs to work on their softwares , very poor operating system, it doesn't update software from an individual, in which u have to go service center For software updates. and RAM it only supports till 1gb then later it doesn't works properly. camera clarity is good.

Starting i have problem with this phone over heating touch is nt working....and mixcromax service centre is very wost...went with problem of vibrate and they did not solve it.....my kind reguest is to dnt buy maxcromax....

i purchased micromax A-350 in december after 2 month technical problem shown and send for resoving in servicecare after month display not worked proper so send to company still 2 month occure they give only apology and date for 20 day....plzz my dear frnd dont be select micromax they knw only how to manuplate customor not to provide sevice.

I brought Micromax A 350 in May 2014 . after a year, it got dead. changed the motherboard worth 7000 bugs. within 1 month of changing the motherboard, the battery got swollen and the side keys are not functioning proper. The price for changing the battery is 3000 bugs. The after service is very wort. Don't buy this phone. even don't trust micromax though it is indian company.

I have taken this phone in january but submitted the phone 3rd time in this 9 month from actual purchase of diiferent issue. Still i did not get my phone back which i submitted for display not working purpose.Now after few months warranty period get over & will have to pay for every problem, Really bad phone this is please don't takethis phone. real money waste.
