worst experience of a 350
very poor service. phone have multiple problem in just 7 month of usage. 2 months over, not get back from service center

    It's not only about A350, rather all Micromax sets. After only 9 months of use the touch is not working properly, over heating and there's an error msg Every few minutes that Sim 2 has been removed. This was the same issue i faced with Canvas 3D.
    Now comes the Service Centre into play which is disgusting. The after sales service is pathetic. U will regret buying Micromax.

      I bought 2 phone ( Canvas Knight A350 Gold color ) in 2015 February for both my son,
      It is over heating, touch screen complaint is very huge, It is not a very good phone.
      From last three months I have submitted this both phone to their service center one at Anand ( Gujarat ) & one at Ahmedabad ( Gujarat ) 4 times for same issues. But still the issues are not been resolved. Recently I submitted my handset 20 days ago and still waiting for repaired handset.
      When I called their customer care number, I only got apology for inconvenience caused and next fifteen days time to get hand set. It is only Tarikh Pe Tarikh... and no result. If you don't want to get more frustrated please by some good brand device..Thanks a lot dear all..

        If you don't want to boil your blood, please do not purchase any micromax product. The after sales service provided by this company is extremely worst. I purchase A120 model one year before. From last three months I have submitted this phone to their service center 4 times for same issues. But still the issues are not been resolved. Recently I submitted my handset one month ago and still waiting for repaired handset. When I called their customer care number, I only got apology for inconvenience caused and next fifteen days time to get hand set. It is only Tarikh Pe Tarikh.... and no result. If you don't want to get more frustrated please by some good brand device line Nokia, Samsung. 'Make in India', ' Swadeshi' kind of statements are good to here but not always good to experience.

            Bought Micromax Knight A350 in November 2014. Two days back its battery was swollen due to which its back cover came out. I placed order for battery with authorized service center. They can procure the same after 8-10 working day excluding Satyrday-Sunday, i.e. almost 2 weeks. Surprised to note that Gurgaon/ Noida to Delhi to Goa why it should take 2 weeks. Well have to live with it. Today the same mobile screen is working on-off. have to go back to old NOKIA X-2 with started without any problem. Just re-charged it. I feel these comparatively cheap high spec smart phones which are flooding the market are they really upto the mark of the international/ Indian standards of quality. I feel my next phone can be SAMSUNG or some better brand with backup good service.

                  It a worst experience I had purchased it in December 14 and since may 15 lying with service centre for hot problem, side key not working, rough handling by service centre. I think I purchased it for get service centre experience.

                        design and specifications are good
                        phone gets hot after 15 minutes of continuous usage
                        after six months mic stop working and just for a small problem of mic my handset is with company since 60 days and even after calling customer care many times i have not received any satisfactory reply.
                        don't go for any model of MICROMAX
                        after sale service is WORST, WORST and WORST

                            Don't buy it...As I was also impressed by its beauty and performance but while going forinternal usb connection. You will get tensed. No board welding just on plastic mould. IG all 5 ports gone, then after repair only you can do off mobile charging not possible to do on mobile charging.

                              I am also having the same problem with A290 now 3rd time i gave my phone to serveice center. 1st time they took 2 months to repair now they told 1 moth... whihc means buying micromax product means buying for service center... wastage of money...

                                this phone is good but problem is after 6/7 month , side key not working, USB not connected properly with PC, heat problems, hanging problems , software update prblem etc. so my opinion is pls don't buy this phone....

                                  After 10 months its battery problem start..it glue removed ..
                                  Camera is good
                                  But it got heated while surfing net

                                    please don't purchase micromax canvas knitghta350 with in 5 months side keys are not working and submitted to repaire to service center now 52 days completed still its not repaired ..... so pls pls dont purchase any micromax mobiles.

                                        friends am telling this for your sake NEVER EVER BUY THIS MODEL (may be others too)
                                        such a worst experience from micromax.do they really care about customers? i doubt it because there customer service is that pathetic.no mobiles are perfect.every mobile has its own pros and cons.But to over come that they should have an efficient aftersales service system.but in the case of micromax they pay attention to introduce new models only.they dont care about sold ones.so even if its costly,try international brands but never micromax.
