i bought this phone and received the phone on 13/03/14 but camera was not working, whenever i opened the camera it displayed the message 'can't connect to the camera' , unfortunately i had to go to the service center on the very next day. On top of it the after sales service of micromax sucks...today i got my phone back from the service center with the DOA letter but for this I had to call them like 100 times and when i scared them that I will file a FIR against them, then they have returned my phone, Now I have to mail the scanned copy of DOA letter to micromax then a guy will pick up my phone and then after 1 week or 10 days i'll get a new piece. i strongly recommend not to buy this phone. though specs are far too good for 20K but u sure don't want to face all these problems.

yes, micromax is going to give kitkat to knight and many other canvas phones....update should air anywhere around mid of April according to mmxnewscaster..

The after sale services of Micromax SUCKS!!!
This is the only reason I prefer Sony or Samsung or HTC or Nokia over Micromax

BTW, Micromax has not yet bothered to resolve the battery drop issue of Canvas HD - which is shockingly a software issue and not a hardware issue.
Think before comparing MMX with Sammy/ Sony / hTC....

Excellent fone for 20000 bucks.Has many features found in fones costing more than 40000 from Samsung et al.

Don't buy any micromax phone...the service is 3rd class...in Navi Mumbai all the shops closed selling Micromax phones due to service issue... After sales service is extremely worse..

I have read many opinions about canvas knight and people say that it easily gets heated up after 20 to 30 minutes of gaming or using camera.I really like this phone but these reviews are stopping me. Should i buy it or not. please anybody answer
