Micromax's service sucks !!!!
And their cell phones too ...
Its not even six months from th time of purchase ... Iv had six trips to the service centre ... And finally the cell is in its main office Delhi ... I shudnt have bought it

Guys , you all buy any mobile but dont buy micromax and you buy micromax means waste money.
reason
1 very poor battery life
2 very poor network connection
3 poor software design
4 disaster software update
5 16 mp means 10 mp
6 apps storage is low .(2gb)
7 heat heat heat (cold hand goes heat)
8 slow senser
and then your choice

i m using this since 6 month and didnt get any problem. battery backup is awesome with 3g and wifi . so anyone like it can go for it.m using it in my official life too.as it have 16 mp camera gives good clarity . there is a mild probvlem of heating while playing heavy game on it . otherwise it is good phone. i bought it of rs. 13500.

This is the worst phone...I buyed six months back now it is not working and hanging.
--> Battery backup is simply worst and getting heat...
Plz dont buy this phone....i experienced with this.

Can anyone help?? When i select a pic that took with camera,instead of d selecred pic a random pic is diaplayed.. Anyone having same prob?? But no problem while choosing whatzapp images

After 25 day return my cello phone
Now 15 July my phone auto switch off
Then I go to b.s. service centre then told me mother board is dad
Repairing charge 7000 thousand
But also my phone under warring period

i purchased this phone around NOV 2014 and now it has touch issue , went to service center for solution, after two day they told me its has some board issue ,now my phone is shipped for repair and only Micromax knows their system works ....##########very bad assistance don't buy any micromax product ...just GTH micromax###########

Never ever buy Micromax phone. I'd bought Knight A350 in Oct'2014 and in Jun'2015 I started facing touch problem. It's been a month now submitting my phone to service station .. but still no progress. . I've moved to consumer forum for redressal .. lets c .. Pathetic .. Never buy any mob from Micromax ..

please don't purchase micromax canvas knitghta350 with in 2 months i nhave charging problem and submitted to repaire to service center now 45 days completed still its not repaired ..... so pls pls dont purchase any micromax mobiles.

i just bought micromax canvas knight in october 2014 , now it has some problem in charging . Ihave changed 2 chargers it has problem in pin in phone got disappointed . I should not buy this phone i have already faced problems in micromax tab service as micromax is known for its poor service

Pls. VERY POOR SERVICE.. PLS DONT BUY MICROMAX MOBILES. I had bought this mobile on jan 2015. after 5 months of good use, prob started. mobile continusly started to reboot. gave for service. people here in local service station dont even know to handle molded battery type mobiles. they did software refresh for first time, prob started again on next day, then mobile went to delhi for service. they took more than 20 days to return the mobile. after two weeks of use, same prob started..

Awesome phone ...got many praises but a pain when it gets spoiled ...charging stopped suddenly within 2 months of purchase...unhappy now
