Very bad mobile in it's range. Verymuch heating problem.very low battery capacity. Phone lags sometimes. Overall very bad phone

i purchased this phone around NOV 2014 and now it has touch issue , went to service center for solution, after two day they told me its has some board issue ,now my phone is shipped for repair and only Micromax knows their system works ....they have given me a time frame of 1.5 month that with no assurance ...... Wake up Micoomax .. u need to make new thinhs but need to take care of old things ..... all though this is good but ur service is very bad

i agree with all others below suggestion.i purchase this moile in sep 2014 and after six months i face the battery issues and mother board issues so pls dont buy this phone and right now my phone is in service center.

i purchased micomax a350 on 13 aug,2014.after 15 day the touch problem occured.i went to service centre and they take it for 1 month.after 2 days there was speaker problem.in this way this phone has 4 times problem in one yerr.the worst company in d world.and service centre is also worst.

Keep all d records lyk jobsheet xerox to file a complaint wid d consumer forum. Do wht u should do within warranty time period. First of all call d consumer toll free no to know wht to do.

I buy this mobile microwave A350 canvas around Jan 2015 and after one month touch not worked and go through it service centre and they kept around 45 days and gave the phone after gone / calling phone many time and I used one day and again some problem in speaker and I go through same day but they kept again for saying set go to company and left the phone and they gave the phone me 20 days. I used around one month again touch screen got some problem I felt very upset. Not say to no buying microwave mobile.

Micromax Company service and mobile are very very bad quality
for advice Don't purchase.
Worst of worst service quality of micromax mobile, whoever wants to purchase the mobile ensure you will have to bare the cost since this mobile service provider is VERY VERY WORST IN his service. DO NOT BUY ANY MICROMAX MOBILE PRODUCT THEY ARE WORS...

Worst service, worst company, waste on money.
I purchased A350 canvas night in sep 2015 from Amazon. within 3-4 months problem started. When i approached service centre they charged 2300/- for repair even though the set was under warranty. After repair the same problem repeated with in a month and the service centre was again asking for more 1300/- for repair.
I strongly suggest buyers to be aware about these cheaters.

Dont perchase thise mobile even any mobile of micromax u will west your mony every mobile gets problem after the 3-4 month I perchase micromax A350 in august 2014 that time to till now i have 3 time submited mobile in service center today also my mobile getting problem as well as I have to face huge cloud at service center who came to repair their mobile be smart dont bay micromax

Its a very bad phone.don't buy this phone ...bcoj so many problem in this phn .i buy this phn in last year.and in 6 7 monnths i gave three time phn for repair in service center.service centre facility was also very poor.no body give proper response....even staff aur their Asc manager...
