mictomax canvas knight 2 is a very bad feture and this mobile battry is very bad and charge upto 5 hrs and battry low 1 hrs this mobile for cheat slow

I have got a complaint on my Micromax canvas knight A350 was not charging. Their Ernakulam Service Centre (GCDA Complex Marine Drive, Ernakulam, Kerala) told me "its charging slot defective and it has repaired by only our Delhi service centre". I agreed that, and they had take my phone and give estimated repairing days 8-10. I was trying many times to contact them trough phone but they were not responding. After 11 days i have got a call from Ernakulam Service Centre and they told me "they have not send my phone to Delhi so please cooperate us for some more days for repairing". I am very very dissatisfied for their responsibility and service. So I am take it back from their. I am also regret to purchase Micromax Mobile such a higher amount Rs. 19649/- Mobile age is just 11 months only.

Don't buy this mobile is not good. I purchased 2014 after few month worked then I got a problem I handover the service centre but still lying in service centre no response I very upset micromax service support very very bad model.Dear bro,sis don't I am kindly saying don't buy micromax if you buying means totally waste of money....

micromax's service is too worst. I have very bad experience with Micromax. Nobody response to you for any issue.

Yes you should go for these mobile if u have to cost for it less than 16000 , if price goes more than these go for another Brand

i am using micromax a 350 from 7 months. i am satisfied from this phone. all functions is very good and camera is very high quality.

Go for s4 or htc.plz dont bye this phone.it has good quality but.in 8 months my cell is replaced one time and for 3 months was in service centre.now too it is in service centre..dont bye any micromax mobile.

manu, 18 Jun 2015some peoples says micromax A350 is not gud ..some peoples a... moreDude.. I'm using this phone since almost a year now. The only problem is it gets while playing games and the battery doesn't last that long, it lasts around 4-5 hrs while watching a movie on full brightness continuously along with the internet switched on and some messengers on.
