I am using micromax canvas knight a350 around 1 and half years. Now facing problem. Power button and volume increase button not working. How can i resolve this problem. Awaiting your reply.

Suddenly My Micromax A350 canvas Knight phone stopped working. No damage to the phone i mean it was working perfectly and just the other minute touch is non responsive.
Tired the restart tried to going to recovery mode but when i press power button to enter it doesnt respond i can scroll through all the options in recovery mode but cannot select anyone using the power button.
Power button works normally everywhere else. First question can it caused using a software update or something??? If yes how i roll it back as cant access the phone at all.
Secondly if it requires the touch replacement I can get it done from service centre. But I neeeeeeeed to have the backup of the phone especially the pictures and videos... How can i do that without having the access to anything on the phone.
is there a software or something which I can install on my pc and it can detect the device and take the backup of it completly????
Any help here would be greatly appreciated?

Micromax intex lava each and every phone are a product of wasting money and service system is very slow once your phone they took for service will grasp your warranty period ie 2 to 3 months and then return..

I have bought Micromax canvas knight and micromax tablet , Really bad experience with both specially with charging dock in a year i was able to use it only for 6 months rest of the time it is in service center, its customer care service is also very bad they will not give good response when you talk to them
Have so so many problems in using it, Just one more thing i want to say, Please don't buy Micromax. I mae a mistake by buying Micromax, please don't buy, It has so many faults,

I Using this Micromax knight A350. Have major issue like Hanging, blank screen, heating and automatic switch off. really fed up with micromax service. dont cheat customers like this.

Micromax is the worst mobile company of the world, their product and service is worst. I have a very bad experience with A350 phone heating and hanging problem, suddenly it stops working. I given it t service center they took 3 months and not able to identity problem, as my phone was in warranty so replacement was given to me but that replacement phone body got dents on its metal biding. I received that phone as i dont want to go service center again. the phone worked for some time and again start giving same problem. I'll suggest to all my friends that purchase any Chinese phone but don't buy micromax phone. its totally wastage of money.....

I am using mi a350 since over 1 year. But problems came now in my glance is hanging....... It hangs often nd sometimes it's touch doesn't work.....it's really a big issue for me ..bcz at time of operating i don't know when it will stuck..... It has become just like phobia for me......it really worst ever seen

it says gorilla glass but if phn falls frm small distance it gets cracked micromax the worst company ever phone to happen service centres to do not have proper service

The worst phone i ever had fr d big amount a worst product. It started heating up & slowing down within a month. Service centres are pathetic of micromax. They promise to give a new cell phone within a warranty period but no everything fake. I ll request people dont ever buy a micromax product. Its nothing pathetic like anything...

I have two micromax phones, A 064 and C the screens becomes blank suddenly. Now my V phone battery got over heated and totally dead. it has just completed 1.5 years. over all I feel not a very good cell phone. their service centers are also not easily available.

i had been using this phone last 3 months and it is overheating ,battery backup is good. so dont buy this phone

Micromax mobiles has the worst service. If anything happens to the phone they keep the handset for 20 or more days.
And even the staff of service centre behave arrogantly . They the self don't know what actually the problem is.

Using a 350 since 15 monthes,phone gets hanged often, starts getting on and off suddenly for a long time and gets very hot during the course of time, apps suddenly disappears from the screen.....any suggestion please.....

I'm using a350 since fifteen monthes, phone gets hanged often and starts after a long time by pressing the left top corner of the phone, some times while using face book etc it suddenly disappears from the screen, phone gets hot after five minutes of use.........any suggestion from the company please....
