I'm using a 350 fifteen months,NOT A GOOD CHOICE ...battery not good,phone gets hot after five minutes use, some times gets on and off by itself, mean while also gets very hot.But the main problem i'm facing is thatwhile using face book, whatsapp or gallery etc it suddenly disappears from the screen...will anyone suggest me a solution ......THANKS

micromax is worst company ever. worst service centre, no after sale service, guys pls don't go for mixcromax... I am really regretting my decision of buying micromax.. My sets screen display was destroyed within 2 months of buying new set.. and its been more than 2 months they neither have repaired it nor replaced it. there is no help from service centre, cutomer care, micromax head office. Sick company and sick staff as well.

plz dont use any micromax mobile..... all r yet of reasonable. price. bt quality is so cheap... i bought canvas knight a350 worth 20000. till nw... hav spent neary 14000 more. on this phone..... i wud never ever make any mistake of buying micromax again...... it has low battery backup.... heatup soon...hanging problems... n slow processing . n much more problems..

I have been using Micromax Canvas Knight A350 2ghz octa-core version for 18 months and i didnt face any problems with this phone until after approx 16 months of usage.It began to slow down.So i factory reset the phone and its again in perfect condition.
One more problem i faced was that it heats up a lot when playing games like real racing 3,asphalt 8,modern combat 4,etc.

I have facing some problem ,battery dead in 6 month , and bluetooth is not working ,so please friend do not buy micromax A350 it is bad company

worked really well for 18 mths. then it was dead. it knew its life would be btw 18 to 24 mths so i m satisfied

I have bought Micromax A107, Really bad experience, Have so so many problems in using it, Just one more thing i want to say, Please don't buy Micromax. I mae a mistake by buying Micromax, please don't buy, It has so many faults,

Hanging is the main feature. Power and volume buttons not working well. I have relaced the mic. Don't ever touch micromax

hi frnds. ..I mobile was micromax canvas nitro A311 ..before 3 months it issues some problems. .the problem is displaying green line in mobile corner side ...I give the mobile to service center....they says we not clear the issue..so we sending your mobile to main company...after 40 days u get ur mobile without problem. .. .they said. .26.4.2016 before 2 days I has call from service center....they says your mobile is replaced....but other model mobile sending the company....that mobile is Micromax knight A350 model....what can I do frnds...plz some ideas...Becks my parents is daily scolding me...plz reply must..

I have recently purchased Micromax Canvas Nitro A310. Since the unboxing, I am facing wifi issue. For the first time after first switch on I was able to connect to wifi, but to my surprise after sometime i can't access internet though wifi is connected. I have no problem with wifi network as my another Samsung phone and laptop has no connection or access problem. Then i tried to connect the wifi after doing "forget password", but after I retype the password it shows "connecting", and sometimes "obtaining IP addresses", but never actually getting connected. For all I have to do for connection is to reboot the phone, and it automatically connects to wifi without even any need of typing the password.
Please help resolve this issue. I have heard the customer support is really bad for Micromax.

I have bad experience with A350 . Within 1 year of purchase, thrice i visit for service centre, for hanging issue. Also i have experiencing over heating . So friends please don;t go for A350 Canvas knight.

Yes I agree Never buy Micromax. On December i gave my mobile forthe replacement still i didnt receive. Worst Customer service of Micromax :( :(

still i am waiting my replacement last 8 Month . & not given same replacement company is given other phone.that phone is not campier with Canves gold A 300 & service is very very bad & my opineyan to customer is please not perches micromex any product . this is my experience

I'm using this phone feom August 2014 nd it work satisfactorily but now the back panel of this phone got damaged coz of batttery efflorescence.
Anyone knows where to get its battery nd new back panel...??
