Phone is good but if issue comes the service is very bad took 2 monts to repair and that too with issues again i took it outside for repair phone of this brand cannot improve its market without proper service facilities

I bought this phone after launching at net in 2014 Jan. Almost after 2+ years of usage, phone is working satisfactorily without a single problem. I purchased two latest technology phones of different brands, but this is unbeatable. Main attraction of this phone is high quality photos even at poor lighting. Excellent..

using the set from feb 2014. its good in terms of specs. but heats after playing heavy games.
be alert friends it has 32 gb internal memory but only 2gb for application installation. is a big drawback. One cannot install application over 2 gb, you have to delete data of some appps and make space before installing any app

I am Micromax cusatomer since 10 years.Since last 2 years I am using Micormax Smart phones.My AQ 450 phone was dead & when I submitted it to the authorised service center on 27th Jan 2016,since today i.e. on 16th March I am yet to receive it back.On contacting the service center I was answred in rough manner by their represntatives.Customer care people are more rubbish asking me to wait for another 21 days,Since the phone is already in their custody for more then 40 days,I am thinking to file suit against them in Consumer Forum. In my view DO NOT PURCHASE MICROMAX PHONES AS THEY HAVE POOR AFTER SALE SERVICES.

I'm using micromax a 350. my phone storage is completely full!! how do i empty it? disable and force stop of inbuilt apps are done and moving other downloaded apps to internal storage also done!! Kindly give a solution to my problem.

The auto restart problem has a simple solution. When the problem occurs then press all 3 buttons together for at least 30 sec. You will find the problem is gone away for a sufficient period of time.

Micromax is very bad mobile handset. please do not perches any Micromax products.
This is very bad company, Company is not provide proper service and employ is Irresponsible, like managers levels.

micromax a350 and other high-end phones have an inherent problem of not taking charge.when you connect a charger, phone does not take charge.in few months of purchase, the problem started.the authorised service centre is tutored to extract money by hooks and crooks for any service even during warranty period and make various excuses and finally don't repair free of cost.the same problem reappeared three times in my phone in 15months of purchase.as particular spare is made by company only the cost used to be very high,as intial cost of mobile is intentionally kept low to trap the customer but finally they make up during repair and servicing.
