woww very good fone yaar in low cost..
sim 1 is 3g and vry fast net speed...
without net bettrey bckup 1.5 days..
much better thn other android fone...

ram is below 128 mb,
battery backup is standard,
inbuild luncher is very slow & very bad,
low internal memory,
i am using this phone also but i suggest to all plz don't buy this phone.

data of play store and its updates and thn try
again.
it might help u.
if its not help u thn reset ur phone,it will
definetly solve ur prblm.
bt personally I wud suggest to use 1mobile
app instead of play store.it is bettr thn play
store and also gives u fast downloa
