I bought A57 in Dec 2012.The charger pin is a problem.i went to the service center and they charged me Rs 250 for removing the struck-up charger pin.i have replaced the charging cable thrice.earlier i bought a dual sim Micromax and i had to throw it ,since i was fed up repairing the charger pin.

after purchase of 15 days run correctly, then i got charging problem, 3 time given to their service center they kept more then 20 days each time but still problem same, i bought in September still one year warranty, what to do?

hari, 07 Feb 2013dear all, simple don't buy this phone because... morei am facing the same problem. each and every call incoming and outgoing drops as u answer them then when u call again again it drops. pls advise what to do ?

I have bought mmx A57. its net speed is very slow.I called idea cust. care. they say it is not a 3G mobile. really it is not 3G?Battery back up very low. it is totle waste of money. sound quality is also worst. when i use videocon sim it shows no net connection. Please adwise me.

dear all,
simple don't buy this phone because i have this model its make lot of problem automatic call drop,getting heat while using internet, hanging while b.t. is on. this phone waste phone, don,t buy this model from micromax.

it might help u.
if its not help u thn reset ur phone,it will definetly solve ur prblm.
bt personally I wud suggest to use 1mobile app instead of play store.it is bettr thn play store and also gives u fast download.

zen, 05 Feb 2013I have a prblm from few days ..my menu option is nt coming ... morebro tht is launcher prblm.
go to setting -application-manage application-all-then find mlabs.launcher and clear its data.
its done.
if still gettng prblm go to setng-privacy and reset ur fone bt before it back up ur data.
