thank nill...the problem is solved...i removed the battery and left it for sometime and the inserted it again then it didnt directed me to mmx logo...then i got a chance to boot the phone into recovery mode by pressing vol button down and power button..then i again formatted the phone and installed the ics full update rom this time i was succeeded...and ur suggestions were really helpful...i again got my phone back because of ur suggestion..very thankful to u...but the rom is not that good...can usuggest me a good rom???

AnonD-18085, 07 Apr 2012no u don't need to reroot,I will suggest u to again flash c... moreok thanx nil,,i'll try,and if it success,den i'll inform u,i have a que,,some software or games say"error in parsing etc" during installation,,,wat does it means???i found this error while installing counter strike game.

AnonD-28101, 07 Apr 2012i did manual reboot too,wat u say in last post,,but it didn... moreno u don't need to reroot,I will suggest u to again flash cwm recovery using rom manager(give rom manager super user permission & make that remember) & try to backup ur rom again...I think it should solve ur problem...if still u have problem in recovery,then flash cwm recovery via fastboot technique...I have given steps how to flash cwm recovery via fastboot in my earlier posts...

AnonD-18085, 07 Apr 2012dont backup ur current rom using rom manager,switch off ur ... morei did manual reboot too,wat u say in last post,,but it didnt do anything and showing welcome screen upto 10 min n didnt enter in recovery mode,,wat should i do?? i installed rom manager in memory card,should it be installed on internal memory??or reroot my phone?

AnonD-28101, 07 Apr 2012i installed rom manager premium v4.3.2.3.ya flash clockwork... moredont backup ur current rom using rom manager,switch off ur mobile,press vol- & power button to boot into recovery,from recovery backup ur current rom,make sure u have free space in ur sd card coz ur backup size is normally more than 250mb...it take normally 5min to backup...

sanu, 06 Apr 2012friends a70 is a good phone or not?????its a good phone for display,,sound(use player pro software),nice camera(recommended use camera 360 software)but internet in 2g is ok type,,,but mmx service is not good

AnonD-18085, 06 Apr 2012have u installed clockworkmod recovery???using cwm recovery... morei installed rom manager premium v4.3.2.3.ya flash clockwork recovery is done successfully,it shows current recovery 4.0.1.5,i used rom manager option"backup current rom" but it took long time,i also did "reboot into recovery" bt it also took long time,,,i saw both video,,i did same,but after doing above procedure,,it shows mmx logo and take long time,,,,plzz help,,my backup is not made,,but my phone is rooted,,,it may cause any problm or not???plzz help

Hi frds plz help me.. Some beggar theft my second hand n70-my mini pc "really missing it. Today I'm going to buy a new mob. As this is my first new mob, i like to buy a best mob but my budget is very low. so i have searched low cost mobs by filter of these features:-
3G, GPS, Android OS, 5MP Camera, Front Camera for Video Calls.
And i got result of Micromax A70.
Is it worth to buy?? Kindly give your opinions.

hey...this time im stuck up with a serious probl... morehmm...ok just another time try to boot into recovery...swich off ur mobile...vol- & press power switch...if u have successfully boot into recovery then good,restore ur backup...if u couldn't boot into recovery then u have to do fastboot to install cwm recovery...
d procedure is....
1)download---

2)Extract the zip file to a folder of your choice.
3)Rename the downloaded recovery to "recovery5.img" and keep it in the extracted zip folder of CWM-A70
4)Turn off your mobile.
5)WHILE HOLDING THE CAMERA BUTTON, Connect the usb cable to the phone and PC(u need windows07 installed in ur pc)
6)switch on windows update make it automatic,go device manager and u should find android device,click on the troubleshoot in android device and download & install d driver of a70 mobile,basically 8.5mb file...
7)Open cmd prompt and cd to the directory of your extracted folder.
Example:
If have extracted to C:\CWM-A70, then type:
cd C:\CWM-A70
8) type:
fastboot-windows flash recovery recovery5.img
9) type:
fastboot-windows reboot
10)if everything goes right u should install cwm recovery,so boot into cwm recovery & restore ur backup

AnonD-28101, 06 Apr 2012hi nil...i completed rooting process but it takes long time... morehave u installed clockworkmod recovery???using cwm recovery u can take backup...no basically it 5-10min to backup...switch off ur mobile...press vol- button + press power button to enter recovery then go to backup/restore then backup...it should not take that much time...go to this video to understand how to backup ur tom...

hey...this time im stuck up with a serious problem...i have successfully installed the hybrid v3 rom in my phn...i also back up my previous rom...now the problem is after installation the phn just stucks at the mmx logo...i removed the battery and placed it again..but i get the same issue...and more over now i cant boot into cwm recovery...whenever i place the battery it directs me to mmx logo..plz help me nill..im so tensed...:(

hi nill..its me again...im facing 2 problems right now..plz help me out...
1.when i try to install z4root for the purpose of rooting it says "There is a problem in parsing the package". I tried to download it 4m market but i cannot find it in market...whats the solution for this...????
2.when i try 2 flash CWM recovery after some time it says "An error occurred while attempting to run privileged command" and i cannot continue from there..i have checked my net connection it works fine and try 2 fix the permissions also but no use..what to do???..plz help me out...
if this requires rooting then plz help me...thank u...:)

nil...i removed d battery and restarted same,,still its taking more than 25min,,there are 4-5 apps installed in my phone,and 104mb free internal memory,,,still taking long time for backup,what should b done,?backup frm boot recovery method also takes long time when i did....any other method to backup custom rom?

AnonD-18085, 25 Mar 2012dont worry even i was afraid of rooting my a70!!!!! :p i r... morehi nil...i completed rooting process but it takes long time to create backup,,it took 50 min and still running,,,is it normal or not????mmx logo appeare on screen frm last 50 min,,,i cant understand whether its working or not.....plz help and give link for any good rom...thnx
