Anyways, i have used Samsung Galaxy Grand and i can tell you how pathetic the battery backup is and it heats up a lot and unfortunately Galaxy Grand isn't getting Android 4.3 update. I'm now using Canvas 4 and i haven't noticed any problems with Wi-Fi, i am getting connected a minute. You can buy Canvas 4, it's a nice phone.

Well, i think you downloaded them from third-party sites. Just delete them and install from Play Store(Remember, you need to enable background data in settings and disable Auto Sync and make sure you have a good network connection and a good data plan.

gurpreet, 28 Aug 2013Its a gud phn.i m using it from the past 15 days.but two co... moreAndroid is a resource hungry OS that's why you're not getting much battery life. Well, here are some tips which you can follow to get much battery life.
1. Turn off bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, Auto Rotation, Data connection, automatic brightness and set screen time out to 30 or 15 seconds.
2. Make the brightness to the lowest available point, due to the display being IPS, it will be bright even when you make the brightness to the lowest available point.
3. Go to settings, select data usage and turn off auto sync and restrict background data.
4. Turn off the features such as Pause video when you look away, etc.
5. Last but not the least disable vibrations by going into settings - > Profile - > Customization button and turn off vibrations if you don't need them.

since 20 days i am using the phone n its good compare to s3 bt the screen has problem n i gave to service centre they to wait 10 days itseems bcz screen vl b replaced

mahesh, 24 Aug 2013He dear in my canvas 4 thermal warning shown again and agai... morei am using canvas 4 since 1 f august. phone has a good performance. all features are good. bt i disappointed with the camera flash as it is very less than at night. as clicked pics wd samsung grand n canvas 4 it performs well in daylight bt very bad in night. and m facing some problems in phone taking heat. after charging my phone it takes too much heat n shows n error and if u do videocall sme happens n gets switch wd an error phone needs to be cooldown. m very much taking care of my phone still i am facing these probs. is anyone there who facing this prob. and any solution ? help me out.

MMX Canvas4 is awesome mbl it gives satisfactory feeling. I have purchased it for 17500 on 15th August till date i have not faced any problem.Battery back up is fine and can use for whole day with 3G internet surfing.I am suggesting everybody to purchase it and enjoy is all features.

camera not good its like 8 mp not good as grand camera nd when we zoom the pic .... its having spot type colour..
also hanging ; doesnt reply fast if u type a msg fast nd using function also...
having network problem nd also little bit in wi-fi
