cut the rope, cut the rope 2, vector, Iron man and many more simple games not working on canvas 4. Bad software engineering. Seriously obsessed with Micromax as it is not concerned about providing any updates to solve this issue.
:(
Don't buy this mobile if you expect any software update
Expect nothing from this company. It was a big mistake buying a 17K phone of Micromax. feeling guilty :(

I think it maybe a software bug...get the software reinstalled... I think the bluetooth and the wifi issues may get solved by that... but the sim issue you'll have to check the sim card slot.. it may have worn out.. if it is like that better sell off your phone because if micromax service centres take the phone for changing any part.. m sure you'll not get your phone back quickly...!!

I am also having the same problem with facebook video, after doing factory reset still i am not able to play video. Now my camera is not working, it says "Can't connect to camera" always. I tried with factory reset also. Sometime wifi signal also dropping if your within a 10 feet. Is service centre is helpful to solve your facebook video and wifi issues?

Hi Guys,
I bought this phone 10 month back.
After 5 month Wifi giving issue.
1. Wifi did not connect even in 1 meter reach from wifi router.
2. Wifi has lot off issue. It did not search available wifi routers most of time.
Bluetooth is not connecting with laptop bluetooth while other phone connecting properly with same laptop.
Now Sim is giving issue. All other phone working properly at same place but this phone does not detect network and most of time, it shows no network connectivity.
Other issue with App.
We installed facebook on this and whenever we try to play any facebook vedio then facebook app becomes closed.
If you reset the phone to factory default then facbook video plays for some days.
Again same issue.
All other phones at home working properly.
Some other minor issue coming now....
in short this phone does not worth of price paid to this.
Going to service center again .... hope problems will fix....

Its wifi reception is just too bad.... my friend had an samsung galaxy pocket he was getting full signal on it and on my canvas 4 I could receive only 1-2 marks hardly.... and please people commenting here don't comment here dumbly...!! Don't misguide people by saying that it doesn't heat up or by saying that it has the an awesome camera... you maybe using it very light so it doesnt heat up.. I have used this phone for about 2 months and I did all sort of gaming and everything on this phone.... I just threw away this phone.... it sucks..!!! Micromax sucks..!!

Ind, 08 Oct 2014better than samsung s4 ....... superbYou cant afford an S4 so you are saying it better.... S4 has each and evrything better than this phone....!! It has an octa core processor, 2gb of ram and a 13mp camera much better than the shitty camera provided by micromax.... it has a 1080p HD super amoled display with a pixel density of 441ppi.... besides these things its from a brand like samsung... if anyone wants to know what micromax is just visit their service centre once and ask any single customer there that will they recommend micromax phones... their serice centres are filled with people everytime.. they keep the mobiles for repair and they just don't give you the mobile on the desired date... one customer there was said that he will get the mobile after 21 days...3 months passed he hasn't received his mobile... he begged them to return his mobile unrepaired but they are not ready for that also...!! And this isnt the story of only dat centre... its the story of abput every service centre.....

i m telling in whole I like micromax all products but what I get only problem about it is? the cabinet or plastic part of it is always very soft it should be hard like rock or so many other branded mobiles.if company will see on this part.
canvas all product will rock on world. samething I also found in LAWA mobiles too
