it's an awesome phone,below 15k.I am using it from last three months.I have fully satisfied about its features and performance.
games is running very easily,net browsing is very fast.full hd phone with good camera-video quality.sound is awesome like theatre.
Original gorilla glass protected,nice looking over all,never hanged & long lasting battery.
I give five star to it.

Gps connectivity is found poor in this phone.
One more issue with the phone is that when we start navigation system in this phone, the pointer always keep showing north direction only, not in the direction we are going.
Do anybody have solution of this please share.

This is one of the best phone i have used. I have been using this for the past 8 months now and it works awesome. The only concern is the battery draining out. To solve that switch off ur internet when not using it. It clearly solves the problem. Rest all so good and better than any samsung phone in this price range.

Sachin, 07 May 2014I am facing a weird problem! When my mobile is switched ... moredo not charge from computer and use the wall adaptor and keep it for charging for 20 minutes then switch on the phone using power key. This doesn't work then, remove the battery and put back then check if this doesn't work try another usb cable this doesn't work in switch off your phone for few minutes and then try to charge this doesn't work

Hi all,
I am using C4 from 16th october 2013.
I would like to share some brilliant functions of C4 which many of users ignore.
Battery: Its a smartphone not a small pin charger phone so have some patience. Don't let the battery percentage drop below 50% and charge it then to 90%, you don't need to charge it all the way through 100%. you will notice a huge change in battery backup.
If not in use, turn off 3G, wifi, music player as well as default video player/mx player. These applications run in background and drains battery a lot in all smartphones.
USB cable: If you have a habit of charging your phone through USB, I can assure you it will take longer to charge then charging via direct current. And more importantly I believe charging a smartphone via direct current is the best idea for the longevity of battery.
Remove the OTG cable or most commonly known as pen drive cables if not in use. Don't overcharge your phone, there is a reason why your notification light turns green when fully charged.
Overheating: Well, I haven't noticed any overheating yet in my C4, but if someone have, then the best thing you can do is "Don't keep the phone over warm clothes or materials which generate heat, the more you cover your phone chances are your phone will overheat".
But do not worry if any smartphone gets overheated and crosses its limit it will shut down automatically.
Optimizer: Many of us even ignore the fact that there is an anti-virus pre-installed in C4 powered by NetQin which was Nokia's best antivirus in past. Now if you tap on that antivirus called "Msecurity" in your phone you can see an Optimizer already there, has anyone tried it yet? If not please try it, it closes all unwanted apps and also gives you the option to choose which apps to close.
Last but not the least as I say this to everyone I meet; who face problems with smartphones. These smartphones are high-end devices which does everything that your laptop can do. Can you run a laptop for days without giving it some rest?
The point is you are a proud owner of such a high-end device as Canvas 4 so have some respect and give it some rest by switching it off for at least 1 hour once a week.
Hope you will notice some changes.

Nice phone but battery problem its drain very fast when in night 10pm it will be 100% and when iwakeup 7 am its 50% any onesolve this problem i use battery saver application also but problem will appear
