Hi guys,
I have just started using this phone and it is just one day old. I am having a prblm with transferring pictures and music from my laptop to my mobile.When I am connecting the USB it is being connected only as a charging device and not a mass storage device. Can any one suggest wat to do?

The Phone is awesome. Every thing about this phone is great except few things which the company promised but couldn't able to stand on it properly , like camera...they said it is 13 megapixel but when you click a picture in night it wouldn't satisfy you....m not saying the phone has bad camera m just saying it is not at the standard of 13 megapixel and ofcourse @ this price u won't get a camera like samsung galaxy s4 or apple(be reasonable and expect less).Other than camera there nothing to blame company . And the + point is that it never lag or hang just llike other galaxy series ...even on the comparison with s4 , canvas 4 get 1 point extra for not lagging. I'm saying because m using this phone from last 10 months . And i gave this phone 8/10

Canvas 4 is really amzing using it for about 7 months and still no lags no problem. And at a price of 13000 it is the best phone and also outthrow moto g. Love micromax

In my opinion you should give your 1st preference to sony phones, if they are not in your budjet go for micromax, by the way if you are planning for canvas 4 then I must say tgat its a perfect phone with a great value for money..

But only prblm is the USB cable is not getting inside d USB port..now m using Samsung cable to charge my C4..pls someone advice wat shud I do..??as going to service station wid a new device is such a foolish exp.
