canvas4 mobile picture quality is worst. even though said 13 mega pixels but 0% quality provide. waste of money.

Could you please let me know how did you get the phone's OS upgraded?
I have already waited for around 2 years since I purchased and I have been checking their upgrade links within the phone, but it always says I have the latest version.
I am certain JellyBean isn't the latest version (Lollipop is the latest if I am not wrong).
But my phone still has Jelly-Bean and does not seem to allow upgrades.
Any help would be appreciated.

im using this phone from past more than 1 year best phone it has fallen multiple times still in good condition no other mobile will give these type of freedom and i got upgrade too im very very happy with this phone i prefer this phone camera also good overall worth prize

its one of my dream phone i can say.... because i am using from 4month its supper phone.... i'm fan to micromax.... canvas4 feacture is more than apple i phohe.... so guyz prefer first mm than others

i buy this phone 22jan.2015. my bad experence about this phone. its battery backup is very poor.charging time is very large.it is very costly. i bother from this phone to much.so i suggested to all of you that you never never buy this cheap phone.

best phone never visited customer care in the first year of purchase. lacking part is there is no updates given by the company.

Don't buy this phone, no updates. For that matter, don't buy any micromax phones, they will not provide any updates and customer service is very poor..

Nice Phone nice camera.
Front camera is out of the world.
Completed One year but never visited Micromax Care. just one issue is battery .
the performance has degraded now.

I am using this micromax canvas 4
And the problems are...
1.battery-- the battery will last for 4 hours of continuous usage.
2.camera-- in the camera the problem is autofocus.
3.heating problem -- the phoe will always in 38 to 40°c...in the sun light it will upto 43°c..
Goods
1.the phone will fully charge in 1 hour 15min..
2.i am an hardcore gamer and i didn't noticed any lag...
3.the internal storage is 10gb there is no saltage of memory..
4.it have good gestures and features.
5.the built quality is great..
