me also facng same problm..after even charging fr 4 ,5 hrs battery still showng 40%...plzz dont purchase micromax mobile phones

Bought this shit phone 8 months before battery draining very fast even in minutes,got replaced new battery at service center for which they looted 1400 RS and now still same problem battery is not even charging now.never buy micromax products ever

Micromax ! Shame on you guys.
There is no update for canvas 5 e481. Other companies are flashing update as new OS comes. You never gave any os updates for any phone models. You have reputation of a poor backbencher of a school's guy.

dils, 21 Jul 2016Really very low grade components inside it. Its been 6 to 7... moreSame issues , I totally frustrated to use the mobile and after 8 months of use the phone IC is gone , I think many gusy facing same issues and the parts used are very cheap .
Conclusion : Never by any Micromax product .

I also facing same issue , when i consulted service center they said same (Ic and Mother Board problem) and the power button is gone (Third day of purchase ) and they asked me 800RS to replace that to send it under warrenty .
They just looting money , will also suggest all my relatives/colleagues to never buy Micromax products at any cost.
I purchased this to encourage Indian company but i realized that its a costly mistake :)

@ni, 23 Aug 2016how much time they took to got it repaired?? For me it took 21 days but it depends on the place wer u live ...... And mine was repaired at Delhi.. ...
