    I updated the new system update which i had got notified
    But after the update i am not able to move apps to sd card
    Can i know the reason?

      Well, just got an update regarding battery, updated it now lets see if there is any improvements in battery life or charging time.

          today i received a new update. description: mmx_e481_sw_v20_hw_v1.0_28062016 size 45.52 mb but may be it will not marshmallow !!

            Micromax is value for money for those working for the company not users. Very bad phone, bad material, bad camera, bad software update, bad battery, bad reliability.

              Only Nice Looking & Beautiful to see. Very Poor in charging and becomes very hot during charging/ continious tallking. Sensor quality very disappointing.Screen also black many time.
              Service at Micromax Care is worst.
              Better to avoid.

                  By reading all alluring details of CANVAS 5 , I had purchased this mobile 6 month ago . Since then it has embrassed me not less than 6 times. Earlier it was too much of heating & Slow Charging. Initially the Customer Care made me fool by saying that this problem will be rectified after some days of use. Even after continued one month of this problem I gave it to Micromax Care who in turn send it to Head office.They rectified the problem in 21 days.
                  After 30 40 days, it started hanging. The person at MMX Care told me to remove some apps.Even though I am not a heavy Internet user, Bound fully I had to remove some useful apps.
                  Now on July 13 it's Main Screen became Fully Blank and totally wiped Black.This mobile set became totally Unusable. My advise to potential buyer is don't be fool by seeing Nice looking feature, not to buy this set even at half of price.The Customer Care at H.O. did not returned my mobile set even after 28 days.On making call they say to wait for further 15 days. None of senior Care Executive responds and never call back. AVOID THIS PHONE & MMX also.

                          Is their any way to get gyroscope in micromax canvas 5 e481? It is really annoying like other cheap mobile have this feature but canvas 5 don't have

                                Leave this all, either it is bad or good doesn't matter now. The thing only matter is that will this device gets marshmallow update or not? Because they have written it that upgradable to marshmallow so no chance for them to turn back. All of canvas 5 users take regular follow up to the company about update. start mass mailing. if they think they are so smart then let them show what customers can do. Otherwise they will not going to do anything as they have completed there task of selling this phone as many as they could. pls grow up and do something in mass. plan it and do it.

                                  its very bad outgoing call voice not properly and service center take time 15 days to repair it so i am to furstated in this type of phon micromaxE481

                                    It's good but you won't get the good feeling of phone it's pretty complicated I should had had purchased canvas 6 pro, canvas 5 is pretty complicated

                                        It's a great phone but when I moved to Europe the data connection in this phone isn't working. I tried all possible ways but still not happening. So not happy with the performance.
