I buy this phone When it has launch in market. I am using this phone, the problem which i Have faced now is battery drains so fast. When u put & off ur phone the battery is less 1 by 1% And after 8 hr.ur mobile is switched off. The becomes 0 %. This is Right problem in micromax canvas 5. Before 5 months When i bought this, the battery is running better but now, the battery is main problem which the company has not improved. The main point it has 2900 mah battery. In this power has to be Good but its not.,,, ,, ,, ,,,,,, , lefts battery all the processs is medium not better. This is the real story of E 481

I have bought a Micromax E481 mobile 6 months before .. It is ok .. good mobile.. But now i could notice a difference in the battery power ... Earlier one full charge will be ok for 24 hours ... But now one full charge only remains for 12 hours only .. Tried all the solutions given in online
1. Reset factory setting
2. Removed all running apps .
3. Reinstalled only required apps
4. Tried few battery doctor apps
5. Sure no app is running at the background
6. Removed memory card , one sim card
7. Battery save ON .
8. Kept the Data connection in OFF mode always
Still I have this issue .I doubt that the battery life is coming down fastly .. Do anyone have this issue .. Any suggestion ?

I have owned Micromax Canvas E481 mobile phone on dated december 5th 2015. this phone is having problems of battery not at all charging, touch screen problem constantly and over heating issues daily
I have sent to customer care service for 4 times
for the first time they replace my mobile with new mobile
second time they have checked the problem and they have solved it
third it is having problem again so i have given to Micromax customer care support and it is being travelling for 4 months till today, i have used roughly for 1 month in 6 months of warranty period from December 5th 2015 to June 28th 2016
the mobile is being rotated from me to your customer care for past 4 months I am attaching the photo copy of the job sheet along with this mail please kindly you reply me I will be waiting for your reply eagerly please reply me as soon as possible as you can sir
I am really frustrated of having this mobile this is not worth for 12000 rupees what I have been paid for
when I am calling to your customer care support the executive is attending the call and he is not at all responding properly and he is switching off the phone when I have telling him to transfer to higher officials he is not doing so
