Battery issue , it gets stuck at 1% after a lot of charging it can be charged to 100% but drains too fast then stuck after getting to 1%

I am using this phone.... I liked it very much... I think it has no prblm... Nd have too many feature in very low price... As compared to Samsung on7.... Which is of same price...

i received this phone today, uninstalled all the bloatware, updated with ota, did a reset and restart and voila!
am completely satisfied with this phone, no heating issues, for camera i installed Google camera app, its amazing, am enjoying it.
am not experiencing any battery issues either, it takes 2 hours to charge from 25% to 100 and easily last a day with almost nil consumption in standby mode.

U can root this phone using kingroot not kingoroot use it with caution i am not responsible for any problems
