Worst phone, I had used used 3-4 mmx phone but this phone is very bad handset,it's heat so much , it's hang too much, camera is good, but I had gone 2-3 times for repair it but still heating &hanging problem is not sorted out. Now my warranty period also finished hence they asked me for software updating Rs 400/-, other companies are cheaper than mmx. Realy worst experience with this model no canvas 5 e481 & e455 canvas nitro. I just say about it don't buy it ever.

1)-battery performance is very bad
2)-os crashing
3)- camera is very bad

this handset has lot of problem, first heating too much, second this LTE set not better use for JIO Sim.

It is really bad phone please do not buy it . I bought and i could not use it even for a week since then it is in service center and they dont have spare parts available and since month it is with them for some or other reason and whenever you call them the spare part will take time to come very simple thing they are not aware that you manufacture the phone and u dont have spare parts of it for god sake please do not buy

It is a very bad handset.is has so many problem.I used this only two month.it has heating all part of the handset and also charging problem ,storage problem and hang problem etc.

never buy this phone its been more than 2 years for and im still waiting for the update also the battery drains very quick sometime like 10-15 in 5 seconds i have sent the phone to service center twice and they are unable to fix it they kept the phone for 2 months still.

Every moth without virus I am always connects WiFi hotspot B/T for my Sony music system and internet .thus three media at one times And without any trouble.anybody require help please contact me. Phone works absolutely fine. Everything is good. But the battery life of the phone is like $hit. The phone also has heating issues. sometimes you can't even keep the phone in you hand. The wrost ever problem of this phone is that tough the phone has 3GB of RAM, micromax has not given update for Android 6.0 where all other companies have given Android 7.0 update to their phones having 2GB of RAM.i will suggest to not buy this phone as it will be outdated and an outcast very soon.
