I bought this phone 3 months back. Not happy with the overall performance. It already started over heating problem infect touch is not working properly. So annoyed with Micromax since i bought 2 mobiles together. :( I hope Micromax will sort this as the same is in under warranty.

I purchage canvas 5 Phone in last week of nov
But battery parformance is not good. Heating issue accurse and the main issue is tha I purchage this Phone in only on 2000....hahahaha
But I'm Happy with my canvas 5

Pallavi, 22 Nov 2016canvas 5 is worst phone .I really sad for my mobile is came... moreiam using this canvas 5 from 6 months i experienced the issue like heating, battery drain very fast and because of hating issue i see a yellow permanent mark on the screen. it i visible when their is a white screen.

Hello Guys,
I am regular user of Micromax and have a positive experience but as we are talking about Micromax Canvas E 481 32 Gb addition version. I am not satisfied and the worst part is bad touch, heating issue, worse software working need much up-gradation. Personally I would not suggest to you for purchasing it.

Software optimization vary bad so need update with marshmallow will resolve baterry consumption as well. Really bad experience with micromax baught recenty this device waiting for atleast proper customer support from company.

Hey friends,
I am surprised with all the negative comments on the phone. I have bought it on Feb 2016 and the only issue i have faced worth complaining is the CPU heating.
The camera is good along with a selfie flash for front camera as an extra treat!
The battery life is average when we consider the huge RAM available along with the apps that suck at the battery as hell!
User interface is good.
Easy workability is what I am most impressed by.
The phone packs some good looks too(I have the grey color version ) along with the corning gorilla glass 3 which lives up to its expectations as scratch and impact resistant. I will be frank with you all, I have dropped this phone at least 10 times by now but the phone works fine with no exterior damages as well.
And yes , there is a problem with the earphone accessory. It doesn't seems to work in both the plugs.
Other than the two issues the phone is amongst the best phones in the price range.

Dear friends.
I have purchesed MICROMAX E481 on 20 nov 16.
facing problem from 2nd day.
MY out going voice bacame defunct.Need to reboot 2/3 times in a day.
BATTRYis criticaly working.
takinh 6 hours for charging but slow downs in 1 hour.
I WAS VISITED TO micromax service center on 28 nov.for replacement but center refuses to replace they updat softwere only.
