It doesn't has option for copying games from phone memory to external memory and lack of sufficient storage for more apps and games at a time

Their strategy is to make user change phone every year. I will not say only Micromax, most brands are like this. Same is used in le eco 1s and I am surprised somebody did make lte to volte by chinese dev rom for MT6795. If we can port only it in this set it will be volte. But when le eco has it based on the same chip this set is 100% volte compatible. Even somebody from Mediatek did say that the volte feature for old chips are released for chinese rom only. There is no pressure from Micromax to these chipset manufacturers to provide the update.

I have purchased a microscope canvas 6 pro mobile in the last May 2016 but due to fault within a month it was sent for repairment, after 3 months I got the said set. In the month of July I 2017 I found same problem, when I went to Mobicare they told me warrenty period lapsed they are unable to help me, it is bitter experience for me. Can you help me.

Micromax Canvas 6 Pro E484 not only this type. All Micromax brands are number one worst. Shops also not recommitting to buy this phones. Service centers also not accepting. Unknowingly purchased this.Simply Rs.14000/- wasted my hardly earned money.

WORSTPHONE .I have these 2 phones.both hving same types of faults even under warranty period.
1. Battery very poor, have to charge twice in a day.
2. Heating problem.
3. Anytime phone gets switch off automatically.
4. Anytime disconnects the call.
5. Anytime phone turns into black & white screen.
6. Hanging problem very frequently.
7. Contacts become mixed up with each other. and become hybrid number. half name of one contact and other half name of some other contact..one cannot differentiate whose number is this.
Even after software updating, same faults persisting.

For less than 1 year it is good. After that it gets fried, it switches off anytime it wants, it does not charge. Disappointing
