Ive canvas A1, and have been getting marshmallow update 6.0.1 of 75.6MB. Ive tried downloading it using both wifi and mobile data , but every time it fails nd shows error while installation. Pls suggest how to solve this.
I have tried suggestion given to a1, but no rescue.
Pls suggest.

offter update of marshmallow 6.0 & 6.0.1 also, "cast" not working in Maicromax Android one.

My Micromax e313 can't open galary, music or any other apps some times I reset my pH twice but problem remains. My phone memory free more than 4gb. What can I do.

Anz, 12 Dec 2015my android a1 isn't starting it only display starting scree... moreWere u tring to flash a new rom and without creating any backup did u cleared all the data then ur phone doesn't have any rom u need to flash a new rom because i also did the same mistake

After updating to marshmellow, google play stopped , then keyboard, noow can receive just calls but not make any caus ethe system is checking my net connectin for the last 8 hours! and micromaX service centre agents dont respond cause its been just 8 months since i brought the phOne and they will not benefit from helping me!!!now what do i do?
