mak's, 12 Dec 2015its a good phone but sometimes its hanged and switch off.... moreDownload clean master and remove the junk and if that didnt help u then try backuping everything into computer and try factory reset

      a1, 12 Dec 2015I am not getting 6.0.1 update what to do1. Search for an app called google services framework in system apps
      2. Clear its data and force stop it
      3.find google play services and cear its data too and force stop it also
      4.restart ur phone
      5.check for the update it will be there

          Ive canvas A1, nd got marshmallow update 6.0.1. 75.6mb. I hv tried downloading it using both wifi and mobile data , but every time ut fails nd shows error while installation. Pls suggest how to solve this.

                  when i updated my phone canvas A1 to marshmallow than Facebook, MX player and other apps can't work properly and my phone become too much slow
                  my messenger didn't show chat heads after switch on the power and for activating chat head do setting each and every time. please fix it soon

                              This mobile is absolutely fantastic after updation to MARSHMALLOW6.0.1, (its not the problem of updation) but it still facing Selfie camera problem, few days back it fell in bucket of water, after a few hours there is no Selfie camera icon when camera is ON,only rear camera icon is seen. So please help me to find the problem. Come up with any steps you know, also the android store not showing update option for camera. Help me, dear Micromax Friends.

                                Double press(quick) the power button for opening Camera instantly when screen is ON [not in locked screen].

                                    I love it because after updating to 6.0 the mobile works nice but if I want to download big games I have to download it in my dad and mom mobile I can't download it my device the internal storage is becoming less by time.we cannot connect pendrive also.

                                      I m using this for before 9 month..now i m satisfied this smartphone. only bettry backup is lower..and internal storage is 4gb. I think this smartphone is awesome in rang 5000.bcoz it give latest android update...soo i think all feature is good..only 1 problem feeling by me that bettry is only work 3 or 4 hour..if we work continue 2 hour approx..i feel that interna storage should bel 8 gb instead 4gb.
