i buy micromax canvas fire 4 from ebay same day i facing problem in phone when 2g net is on touchpad problem come so i go to customer care but they tell me change your phone from ebay but ebay allso not replay any complain
This problem is manufacture problem so micromax has to replace.

The Net speed is very slow. When I am going thru Facebook, it's very boring, due to much time taking. It's RAM is 1GB still,very slow. What should I do now? Please reply soon.

Alon adi, 07 May 2015Same problm bro Could you tell the problem in detail? Download to SD card doesn't work because of new api in lollipop. Give time to developers to update their apps as per the new api. Till then download in phone memory. Is it also not working? If you are having problem in moving content from phone to SD card use ES file explorer.

Bros! The Care centres one have a new software for canvas fire 4, This will fix your error permanently. No MB! Just takes 15 or 20 Mins to download but Restore. I've repaired mine.

this mobile is best in that price.but sometimes it goes wrong.overall mpbile is avsome.buyers can buy this.battery backup is good.i used continously 2 s may solve that.days.well battery.but litlle bit heating.hope canvas maker

As in lollipop the functionality of write to SD card is changed but the developers do not update their apps as per this new API till now. So if download directly to SD card not works, download in phone memory then move the content to SD card
