They may not know about the latest build as in my case, I am the the first one to update. So tell them to check the latest build.

sangram, 05 May 2015same as bhaiCheck your build number. Go to settings>about phone>build number.

toni, 03 May 2015What is flash third? How it works? how to install firmwareSorry, I want to write flash this, but I mistyped and this became third.. Flash means modify the phone's software by connecting the phone with PC using data cable. For this u need PC, data cable, phone's driver and a flashing tool like SP flash tool. For detailed process just Google it. It is simple enough. If you are not handy with this just go to service center and told them to update the phone with latest build. I'm sure the problem will be solved. I did yesterday.

Tring..tring.. The problem is no more. The new build has released and already available in service centre. I have updated today the problem is gone. It is not the problem of touch pad. The touch pad ic and the network module disturbs each other in gsm network. Just flash the latest build or go to service centre once again. You won't be disappointed. I'm sure. Here is the link. this phone has manufacturing defect with touch pad. Why Micromax is not replacing all cell phones.we have not taken free.we have paid for it.
