To update firmware first download from the below link

Now flash third using sp flash tool. For flashing process just giggle out

The tp problem been solved with the last firmware update now available on micromax support: just take again to the service centre or download the update via ota or via any alternative website.

i have gave my phone four times to d care centre. after 2 months i got my phone but not repaired!!!! never buy a micromax phone because micromax is a raddie (scrap) company!. try gionee, yu or samsung

While using 2G network. Automatically some other application will open and it stop working. Good phone but poor quality.
